How long do I rent the items?
If you are within our delivery area, we deliver them the in plenty of time the day of your event and return the same day to pick them up.

Southern New Hampshire to Cape Cod.
How far in advance should I place my rental order?
It is recommended that you confirm your linen order least 6-10 weeks prior to your wedding day. Although there is no specific deadline, reserving in advance will ensure availability.
Can reservations be placed over the telephone?
Absolutely! To confirm the reservation, we require a 50% deposit. The rental and deposit can be paid by check (if more than 30 days prior to the event), cash (with an authorized credit card), American Express, Visa and Mastercard.. Only companies with an established credit account may be invoiced on a rental contract.
Do you provide delivery, set-up and take down?
First Impression Linens provides delivery, set and take down of the linen. Our Linen Crew will install chair covers and sashes, and add special finishing touches to your table linens. Charge for delivery and pick-up is based on the travel time. Most facilities will allow First Impression Linens to pick-up inventory immediately following the event.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 72 hours before the event, but your deposit is non refundable.
Do I have to pay for linens that I dont use?
We must charge for all linens that you have ordered.
Will I be charged for damaged or missing items upon return?
Items burned, stained or otherwise damaged beyond future use will incur a replacement fee.
How can I help prevent missing or damaged linens?
Make sure that care is used when removing centerpieces, especially with candles. Hot wax can severely damage fine linens, so be sure that candles are extinguished and that the wax has set before they are removed.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
We love to give our customers our undivided attention. Therefore, we must request that appointments be made to view the linens.
